The guarantee

A quote ready for your approval within one working hour of the site note landing — or that month is free.
Ready for your approval, not delivered to your customer. Your working hours. The clock pauses when the engine flags a note as incomplete and asks you a question.
Why the first two are cheaper

Not because there are spots running out. There aren't; I'd take a third if the right firm turned up. The setup fee is half because the first two clients are worth more to me than the money:

You carry more risk than the tenth client will. This offer has no track record. That should cost you less, not the same.
You shape it. The tier rules, the flag thresholds and the chase copy get built around how you actually quote. Client ten inherits your decisions.
I need the reference more than the margin. If it works, I'd like to be able to say so with your name attached — asked for at the time, never assumed.

Ninety days, not twelve months, for the same reason.

Questions people actually ask

Who else is using it?

Nobody, on this offer. Madverti has had one client before this — a Porto HVAC engineering firm of around thirty staff — and that was recruitment work, not quoting. The demo on the home page is built on an invented firm, and it says so.

Why is a UK firm quoted in euros?

Because Madverti's costs and targets are in euros, so the price is set there rather than converted down from a sterling figure. There is no exchange rate baked into these numbers, and no sterling equivalent that quietly drifts. How invoicing and payment work in practice is settled with you on the call, before anything is signed.

What happens to my rate card?

It stays yours, it is used for your quotes only, and it comes back to you in full on the day you leave. It is not pooled, not used to calibrate anyone else's pricing, and not a dataset.

What if I stop after 90 days?

Then you stop. Monthly after the minimum, no notice period, no exit fee. Your quotation template and rate card are yours to take.

What if my surveyor's notes are worse than the demo one?

Then more lines come back flagged, which is the correct outcome and the reason to bring a real one to the call rather than a tidy one.
